Cupcakes with Royal Icing
Saturday, April 14, 2007

Okay so today I tried to bake cupcakes, with tried being the operative word. It didn't work out as nice as I had hoped it would but daring tasters said it was nice. I saw the recipe first on Nigella Feasts, which I religiously watched during the term 2 holidays. It looked so good on the show! Well mine turned out okay I guess and omg cupcakes are so much more fulfilling than muffins! I felt sick after I ate just one cupcake... I don't know what I did wrong actually, though I didn't use a food processor instead I used a mixer... Hmm... Well anyhoo here are some pictures
